Clubs, societies & groups
Shipton has many active clubs, societies and groups which locals residents can join. These are generally run by our villagers for the local community, but will often welcome folks from further afield too. These are organised and run independently of Shipton Parish Council, although we are happy to provide basic details and contact information for each.
Please contact the group organisers / leaders to find out about the specific membership details and requirements of each.
Shipton also has a Reading Room Committee who organise many regular and ad-hoc events for our local community based around the Reading Room. Details of events can be found in the village calendar.
